KFit Performance offers unique training packages to suit your schedule—and your wallet.
What does each plan include?

Strength Training
Lifting weights builds strong muscles that will enhance coordination, balance, and stability. Your customized workouts will utilize progressive overload and your trainer will give instructions on proper form and technique.
Stretching & Mobility
Stretching and mobility exercises keep your muscles flexible and your joints moving smoothly. It helps prevent injuries, improves posture, enhances athletic performance, and reduces muscle soreness.


Cardiovascular Training
Cardiovascular training improves heart health, increases endurance, and burns calories. Small amounts of cardio will be included during sessions. Accountability will be in place for the cardio that needs to be done outside of sessions. Plyometrics will also be incorporated to increase power and explosiveness.
Nutritional Guidance & Accountability
Food fuels our entire body so it is a step that CANNOT be skipped if you’re serious about switching to a healthy lifestyle. We’ll help you track what you eat so you can look, feel, and perform at your best.


Measurements, Weigh-ins and Before & After Photos
Tracking your progress can help you see how your body changes over time and helps set future goals. We’ll check your measurements to ensure you’re headed in the right direction.
Team Sports: Strength & Conditioning
Kylie sponsors Upstate United Soccer Club while also training the team during preseason conditioning. She is also the strength and conditioning coach for the SC Lady Sixers AAU basketball team.
